Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with managers on recruitment and talent strategy
• Advise on performance management and employee engagement
• Lead recruitment processes from assessment to onboarding
• Analyze engagement data and propose action plans
• Support diversity, equity, and workplace safety initiatives

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment laws
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially Workday
• Proven project management capabilities
