EverCommerce is seeking an AI Quality & Content Specialist to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of our AI support experiences. You will act as the quality gatekeeper, auditing knowledge content and governing AI source materials to keep responses accurate and compliant.
This role is based in Canada and can be remote, in-office, or hybrid within a distributed team. Travel to North America offices may be required.
