WAGE: $34.09 - $39.96
HOURS OFWORK : 75hours every 2 weeks
DUTIES: To provide a comprehensive health careprogram and service delivery for the individuals of CTRC community residencesand to assist with training of staff, community agencies and families asrequired under the direction of the Director of Health Services
QUALIFICATIONS: CurrentRegistered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario; good knowledge ofprofessional theory and practice and ability to apply knowledge to residentialnursing. Preferably two years graduatenurse experience related to the duties to be performed. A sincere interest and ability to work withindividuals who have a developmental disability and behaviouralproblems/disorders.



Ability to meet the public and to provide counsel to staffand client’s relatives as required; good written and verbal communicationskills and demonstrate the ability to offer telephone advice. Able to work independently and as a member ofa multi disciplinary team. A validdriver’s licence and use of a car are necessary. Ability to operate a computer and varioussoftware programs. Technical Skills: Current Basic Cardiac Life SupportCertificate, Competence in immunization administration as ordered by aqualified physician
