As part of a dedicated team, the Finance Officer will report to the Manager of Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting. You will be key in preparing budgets, overseeing financial controls, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting while supporting the organization’s key mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop operational and capital budgets with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare financial reports for management and Board presentations
• Monitor financial controls and recommend procedural improvements




• Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare forecasts

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in Accounting
• At least three years of related experience preferred
• CPA designation or progress towards it
• Knowledge of social housing financial management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
