Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care and staff allocation in the unit
• Ensure secure nursing practices for acute sickle cell management
• Provide mentorship to junior nurses and students
• Engage in quality improvement and clinical governance
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
• NMC registration and at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience at Band 6 level in similar settings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Preferably hold a mentorship qualification
