The Youth Engagement Coordinator is a crucial member of the Rick Hansen Foundation School Program team, reporting to the Manager. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years' experience in program coordination, youth engagement, and equity practice. Key responsibilities include managing the Difference Maker of the Year Awards and mentoring through the Youth Leadership Committee, along with expanding the global Youth Leadership Network.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and execution of awards
• Facilitate onboarding for Youth Leadership Committee members




• Research mentorship opportunities for youth
• Maintain accurate program data in Salesforce
• Contribute to program expansion discussions

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in youth-focused program coordination
• Experience engaging youth audiences effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusion practices
