Be an essential part of the Biigtigong Children and Family Learning Center as an Early Childhood Educator. Your role will focus on delivering tailored programs for children's holistic growth.

In this full-time permanent position, you will take charge of daily care while implementing engaging activities that promote cognitive, physical, and emotional development. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and experience working with First Nation families. You will also have the chance to learn and apply Nishnaabeg traditions in your programming.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver age-appropriate learning activities
• Maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the community




• Implement daily schedules with diverse activities
• Model positive social behaviors among children
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives

Requirements:
• Secondary School Graduate Diploma
• Post-Secondary Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Clear background check upon hiring
• First Aid & CPR certification
