Humber Polytechnic is hiring for two Integration Facilitator roles within the Faculty of Health & Life Sciences. This position focuses on integrating students with developmental challenges into the educational system by modifying learning activities and facilitating supportive resources. You'll coordinate with faculty to optimize student outcomes and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and customize academic opportunities for students
• Collaborate with faculty on student progress tracking




• Modify assignments and in-class activities for accessibility
• Prepare progress assessments and reports
• Facilitate necessary resources and student support

Requirements:
• Diploma emphasizing work with developmental disabilities
• At least 2 years in an educational role with adults
• Familiarity with educational technology tools
• Excellent interpersonal and advocacy skills
• Commitment to equity and diversity policies
