In this role, you will work closely with the underwriting team, enhancing business operations through organization and efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing accurate quotes, managing files, and ensuring clear communication with brokers. Your task-oriented mindset and robust detail orientation will position you as a vital part of the team while supporting retention and new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparation of Certificates of Insurance
• Organize and maintain critical files and documents
• Perform administrative tasks directed by underwriters




• Review and edit documents for clarity and accuracy
• Facilitate communication with clients and brokerage partners

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Attention to detail in document management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
