Long & McQuade is hiring independent Lessons Teachers to provide engaging lessons at their stores. In this role, you will teach a variety of instruments including drums, brass, woodwinds, and strings. Candidates should have a strong background in music education and proven teaching experience, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer lessons across a range of instruments and styles
• Create lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs
• Monitor student progress and suggest improvements
• Foster a nurturing and encouraging classroom atmosphere
• Stay updated with the latest teaching practices

Requirements:
• Music degree or diploma or equivalent experience
• Grade 8 RCM with Grade 2 Rudiments
• Experience teaching students of all ages
• Familiarity with effective teaching methods
• Robust communication skills
