This full time, hands-on role is ideal for those with prior industrial experience, looking to grow in their trades. You will assist trade crews in executing critical tasks, focusing on safety, compliance, and skill development in an industrial work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to trade crews with installations and site prep
• Maintain compliance with all HSE and safety protocols
• Operate tools under Journeyperson supervision
• Help with rigging and material management for mechanical work

Requirements:
• Experience in an industrial setting, preferably in Oil & Gas or Mining
• Successful completion of a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test
• Preferred apprenticeship registration (Millwright, Pipefitting, etc.)
• Valid safety certifications and dedication to safety
