Join A New Tomorrow as an Addictions Worker for the In-Patient Treatment Program, ensuring high-quality care for individuals in recovery. Your role involves collaboration, programming, and direct client support within a dynamic team.

As an addiction worker reporting to the Support Services Manager, you will work with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to transforming lives. You will assess clients, develop care plans, and facilitate wellness programming that promotes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach. Your contributions will play a vital part in creating a supportive setting for both adults and youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on client assessments throughout treatment
• Deliver programming and activities for client wellness




• Uphold client care plans and policies for consistency
• Provide documentation adhering to licensing standards
• Facilitate team meetings and manage client emergencies

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12
• Year of lived experience with addiction recovery
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Valid Driver’s License and First Aid certification
• WHIMS and Addictions Care certification
