This role allows you to support archaeological projects across Canada, working on underwater investigations and coastal heritage initiatives. Your efforts will help shape WSP's marine heritage practice and contribute to impactful environmental assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead terrestrial and marine archaeological field programs
• Conduct underwater investigations and data analysis
• Plan marine archaeological surveys using advanced technologies
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and Indigenous partners
• Mentor junior archaeological staff and share knowledge
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Archaeology or related discipline
• 3+ years of archaeological fieldwork experience
• Understanding of the BC Heritage Conservation Act
• Familiarity with marine survey and GIS technologies
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License for travel requirements
