Become an Employer Services and Retention Specialist at The Career Foundation, focusing on fostering employer connections and enhancing job opportunities for diverse talent. This is a part time position.

This role is dedicated to supporting job seekers in the Ontario Disability Support Program. You’ll engage with employers across various industries, promoting inclusive hiring practices and facilitating job matching. Your efforts directly contribute to improved employment outcomes and retention for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform targeted outreach to potential employers for partnerships
• Organize recruitment events to attract job seekers
• Maintain ongoing communication to support employer engagement
• Monitor participant job placements and provide feedback




• Collect and organize data on employer and job seeker interactions

Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in employer relations or community outreach
• Strong negotiation and sales skills for job placement
• Experience in disability services is a plus
• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Drive meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities while building strong relationships with employers at The Career Foundation.
