In the role of Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and repairing cap line equipment while conducting preventative maintenance and quality inspections. You will work closely with your team to ensure that equipment is functioning correctly and that product quality meets company standards. This position involves training other team members as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and adjust compound placement to standards
• Lubricate equipment and manage excess lubricant
• Report on Food Safety and Quality issues
• Inspect products to detect defects
• Maintain operational records and logs

Requirements:
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly
• Proven experience with manufacturing equipment
• Familiarity with hand tools and measuring tools
• Comfortable working all three shifts
• Robust attention to detail for inspections
