Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine maintenance across several facilities
• Operate equipment for groundskeeping and snow removal
• Handle minor repairs as needed
• Keep maintenance logs and assist in daily operations
• Collaborate professionally with community members

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Must possess a valid G or DZ driver’s license
• Knowledge of building maintenance practices preferred
• Experience with tools for repair and landscaping
• Must work independently and be flexible to changing conditions
