Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the technical development process from concept to production
• Create, modify, and maintain digital patterns
• Evaluate garment samples to ensure fit accuracy
• Assist in grading and developing pattern specifications
• Document all technical processes accurately
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related
• 3–7 years of apparel technical development experience
• Proficient in Gerber AccuMark software
• Strong understanding of garment fitting processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
