Elevate living standards as a Maintenance Technician with Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities on a one-year contract, focusing on maintenance and repairs for the Evergreen community. Your role will directly benefit resident satisfaction.

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Community Manager and ensures all upkeep and repairs within the community. Responsibilities include maintaining gardens, performing maintenance checks, and managing repairs on community buildings. You'll also foster relationships with residents and maintain health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct garden and landscaping maintenance seasons
• Oversee regular tests and upkeep of swimming pools
• Perform repairs for community facilities and equipment




• Assist with property improvement projects as required
• Ensure clean and organized work areas at all times

Requirements:
• At least two years of maintenance experience needed
• Water Operator Certification is a plus
• Clean G-class driver’s license necessary
• Robust written and verbal communication abilities
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment, up to 25 pounds

Support resident experiences and community improvements as part of Parkbridge.
