In this role, your responsibilities as an HCA will cover various aspects of basic care for residents, guided by a Staff Nurse. Key Responsibilities:
• Bathing and personal care for residents according to care plans
• Assisting with mobility and transfers safely
• Feeding assistance during meals and snacks
• Providing routine care treatments as directed
• Supporting residents to attend social and therapeutic activities

Requirements:
• One year experience in health care or related field
• Completion of a Personal Care Aide Certificate
• Active registration with college of health care aides
• Solid English communication skills
• Post-secondary education is beneficial
