We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office on a full-time, 2-year maximum-term contract, based at our Abbotsford head office.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant strategic projects that will help shape the future of our organisation and the services we deliver to our clients.

About the Role
Working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders across the business, you will support the successful delivery of a range of organisational projects through requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, documentation and change support activities.

You will play a key role in understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring solutions deliver meaningful outcomes for both our people and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business requirements.

Conduct business process analysis and process mapping.

Support project planning, implementation and operational handover activities.





Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.

Prepare documentation, reports and communications.

Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Coordinate and support testing and quality assurance activities.

Identify risks, issues and dependencies throughout project delivery.

Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
