Key Responsibilities:
• Support personal care under nursing supervision
• Help residents with daily living and personal needs




• Build effective communication with elderly clients
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• PSW certificate from a recognized institution
• Positive standing with The Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Familiarity with Point of Care (POC) is a plus
• Bilingualism in French and English is advantageous
