The Government of Yukon seeks a full time Training Coordinator to enhance the Indigenous Training Program in Whitehorse. This role is perfect for supporting Indigenous employee development and reconciliation efforts across the community.
As the Training Coordinator, you will focus on mentoring Indigenous employees and coordinating training pathways within the Yukon Government. Building collaborative partnerships and fostering a culturally safe work environment will be key aspects of your position. Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the Indigenous Training Program initiatives
• Provide mentorship and support for employee development
• Work alongside managers to facilitate training opportunities

Requirements:
• Proven experience in mentorship or supervisory roles
• Coordination skills for training, employment, or education initiatives
