As a Personal Support Worker with Extendicare, you will fulfill the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients. Ideal candidates will have completed a PSW Program or hold HCA/CCA certification. Previous experience in long-term care, especially with dementia and palliative care, is preferred, along with robust communication skills to work effectively with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct personal support including feeding and grooming




• Assist with ambulation and daily living activities
• Maintain documentation for care planning
• Communicate positively with patients and families
• Work independently in community home care settings

Requirements:
