Become a pivotal part of HUB International's Personal Insurance division as an Administrator in Burnaby. You will be instrumental in supporting daily operations and enhancing client satisfaction.

This position focuses on administrative support within HUB's Burnaby office, conveniently located near public transit and amenities. You will handle invoicing, manage documentation, and facilitate ICBC transaction processes, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. Candidates with solid organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Update and invoice using Broker Management System (EPIC)
• Prepare refund requests and documentation
• Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing mail




• Handle ICBC transactions and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on various tasks

Requirements:
• 1+ year of office administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Level 1 General Insurance License is an asset
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
