Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate bid specifications and drawings for accuracy
• Obtain and negotiate bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Assess costs and develop documentation for tenders
• Review project costs against estimated budgets
• Prepare reports on trends and project metrics

Requirements:
• CET or degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of road construction experience
• High computer literacy required
• Class 5 driver’s license mandatory
• Familiarity with Bid-2-Win system is a plus
