As a Building Cleaner at Alliance Maintenance, you will focus on keeping buildings presentable inside and out. Your daily tasks will include vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning high-traffic areas along with exterior upkeep. The role emphasizes reliability and communication, contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean lobbies, stairways, hallways, and windows
• Vacuum carpeted areas thoroughly
• Mop tiled floors and keep entrances clean
• Sanitize washrooms, gym, and amenity rooms
• Conduct exterior walk-throughs and litter pick-up

Requirements:
• Communicate clearly in English
• Be punctual and reliable

• Capable of lifting 20 lbs and climbing 5ft
