• Design and manage training programs aligned with company needs
• Facilitate workshops both virtually and in-person




• Collaborate on career pathing and employee development
• Conduct engagement surveys and develop action plans
• Oversee execution of Learning & Development initiatives

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and E-Learning tools
• Proven project management and communication skills
• French language skills are an asset
