The Early Learning Facilitator works under the Family Gathering Program Supervisor, focusing on delivering high-quality, child-centered programs. You'll foster relationships with children, parents, and the wider community, ensuring a sense of belonging while promoting holistic development through creative learning. Collaborative teamwork is essential in achieving these goals.
