Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure compliance of facility operations
• Conduct regular assessments of customer experience and performance
• Implement actionable strategies to boost occupancy and revenue




• Lead teams and support Site Managers' development
• Facilitate collaboration between facilities and Head Office teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in operations and 2 years supervising
• Proven leadership and team coaching skills
• Knowledgeable in occupancy management principles
• Solid communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Relevant educational background or equivalent experience
