Harv Wilkening Transport Ltd., requires Independent Contractors for our LCV Fleet domiciled in AB, SK and MB. This position is running a Monday to Friday schedule between Edmonton, AB and Regina, SK.

Responsibilities

Pickup and delivery of freight in a safe and effective manner

Handle freight and freight documents

Perform Pre-trip, post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks

Professional communication with customers

Ensure 100% compliance with safety

Perform all other duties as requested

Qualifications

Class 1A driver’s license

Minimum 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience

Must own your own truck (5 years or newer)

LCV experience

Ability to drive in all terrains

Experience with heaters and reefers

Professional appearance and good hygiene

Safe driving record verified by a current drivers abstract

Ability to perform all duties without restriction
