Key Responsibilities:
• Establish trusting relationships through engagement with residents
• Assist with medication and daily personal care tasks
• Remain vigilant regarding residents' health and needs




• Contribute to residents’ recreational and social activities
• Respond promptly to requests and emergencies as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of experience in a care setting
• CPR and First Aid certification favorable
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Availability for flexible shifts
