Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales management.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a dealership environment.
Robust leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
In-depth knowledge of Ford and Lincoln products and sales processes preferred.
Valid OMVIC certification is required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in dealership software; experience with ERA-Ignite is an asset.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
