Hope the Mission is seeking an IT Support Technician to ensure operational excellence in technology management. This role includes installing and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting various systems, and managing access control securely. You will also be responsible for prioritizing support requests and ensuring efficient resolution of issues that directly affect staff and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical support requests from all HTM locations
• Install and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
• Manage and audit access control keycards




• Maintain accurate inventory records of IT equipment
• Support third-party vendors and tech projects

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s preferred
• Two years of IT support experience required
• Proficiency in Mac and PC environments
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Jamf MDM
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
