As a Quality Control Technician, you'll perform field tests and inspections on asphalt, soils, and aggregates, ensuring they meet specified standards. Reporting to the Quality/Project Manager, your role will include maintaining accurate records and assisting with calibration of equipment. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct testing and sampling of construction materials
• Keep comprehensive records of field activities




• Care for and calibrate testing tools
• Report any deviations from quality standards
• Partake in laboratory testing when needed
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant technology is preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Valid G driver's license necessary
• Capability to lift heavy materials over 25 kg
• Flexibility to work diverse schedules
