As part of WHC’s team, you'll own significant incidents from start to finish, while tackling complex system issues and optimizing performance across environments. You will also enhance monitoring, automate processes, and play a crucial part in our system's evolution. Your technical leadership will significantly impact our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to infrastructure incidents in real time
• Identify and resolve performance problems efficiently
• Provision dedicated and cloud servers




• Manage full disaster recovery operations
• Guide L1 and L2 teams with advanced problem-solving

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience with Linux in production
• Familiarity with email systems and their management
• Strong database administration skills, especially with MySQL
• Experience in using monitoring and alerting tools
• Positive command of Bash
