Aspect Biosystems is searching for a dedicated Associate for its Process Development team. You will support the production, scaling, and qualification of diverse cell lines, applying your knowledge in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment. Expertise in cell culture processing, optimization, and collaboration with regulatory teams are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support cell production for CMC and R&D; groups
• Manage all stages of cell culture processing
• Evaluate in vitro viability and functional assays




• Optimize scale-up processes for cell therapy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for method refinement

Requirements:
• BSc with 2+ years in Cell Biology or related field
• Experience with mammalian cell culture
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with specific insulinoma cell lines a plus
