Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor paint supply and order necessary materials
• Operate paint equipment, including sprayers and booths
• Prepare and store paint products accurately
• Apply primer and finishes according to specifications
• Manage overhead crane operations for material handling

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of structural steel painting experience
• Familiar with epoxy, acrylic, and polyurethane coatings
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic metals and paint chemicals
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and remaining on feet for long hours
