Join Northern Health as a Community Health Worker II, dedicated to supporting individuals in their homes across British Columbia. This role is integral in assisting clients maintain their independence through personalized home care services.

Under the guidance of a Manager, your responsibilities will include delivering services in line with established care plans. You'll assist clients with essential daily activities, such as meal preparation, grooming, and ensure their overall well-being while fostering independence within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities and hygiene
• Prepare nutritious meals as per client requirements
• Work collaboratively with the care team
• Promote independence and community living
• Perform delegated caregiving tasks as trained

Requirements:
• Registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
• Empathy and a passion for helping others
• Ability to follow care plans accurately
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid commitment to client independence
