Dilawri Group is nowactively searching for anAssistant Sales Managerto join the teamat Vaughan Chrysler. Pay Rate: $80,000-$100,000
Responsibilities:
Activelysell/lease new and pre-owned vehicles
Upholdeffective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability
Trainstaff to meet consumer needs and manufacture programs, as directed bySales Manager
Ensureall department staff are licensed and trained prior to communicating withcustomers
Assistin closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & LeasingConsultants




Ensurethat Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customersseen, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership
Meetall predetermined sales targets and forecast
Qualifications:
Strongprofessional background in sales and customer service
Drivefor excellence
Strongleadership abilities
ValidDriver’s License for Ontario with 3+ years of driving experience
ValidOMVIC License
Experiencewith OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset
