The Role We’re looking for a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding vehicles through the service process from drop-off to pick-up. You’ll be the main point of contact, providing clear communication, accurate recommendations, and ensuring a smooth workflow between customers, Technicians, and Parts.
What You’ll Do: Welcome customers and act as their primary contact throughout the service process
Accurately document customer concerns and create detailed repair orders
Advise on maintenance, repairs, recalls, and safety-related services
Provide explicit, itemized cost estimates and obtain repair authorization
Communicate proactively with customers regarding status updates
Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure efficient workflow
Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction
Process warranty and recall documentation accurately
Maintain service histories and assist with follow-up communications
What We’re Looking For: Basic understanding of the automotive mechanical systems is an asset
Previous dealership or Service Advisor experience is an asset
Strong communication,



listening, and organizational skills
Ability to explain recommendations clearly and build trust
Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Ability to multitask, problem solve and de-escalate conversations effectively
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
