As Tech-Wood’s IT Support Specialist, you will provide essential day-to-day support across both Tech-Wood locations. This role encompasses troubleshooting hardware and software, managing IT equipment, and enhancing employee experience through technology. You will also engage with the IT Lead on network security and IT initiatives that aim to boost operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer daily IT support for all staff technology needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and Microsoft 365




• Maintain and set up computers and IT devices
• Manage user accounts through onboarding processes
• Participate in compensated on-call rotations

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of IT support in similar settings
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a customer focus
• Experience with Windows environments and networking
• Strong communication of technical ideas
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
