As a vital team member of the Finance Department, you will assist in recording and maintaining accurate financial information crucial for organizational accountability. Key Responsibilities:
• Code and post invoices and receipts accurately
• Maintain up-to-date financial records for various accounts
• Prepare invoices and manage late follow-ups
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate records
• Assist with audit preparation and compile financial reports
Requirements:
• Grade 12 with post-secondary bookkeeping education
• At least two years of bookkeeping experience required
• Understanding of non-profit financial practices
• Interest in understanding mental health and community support
• Maintain effective routines in a high-pressure position
