We are hiring two Coordinator, Terminal Inventory & Operations positions on 12-month temporary basis.

As a Coordinator, Terminal Inventory & Operations youll:

- Maintain accurate terminal inventory records and operational transactions in Kaleris YTM and supporting systems.
- Execute, validate, and monitor transactions related to railcar unloading, vessel loading, inventory transfers, adjustments, and other terminal activities.
- Perform terminal-level inventory validation and reconciliation activities, including support for month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and audit requirements.
- Collect and analyze terminal operational data to support issue resolution, performance visibility and business decision-making.




- Investigate terminal inventory variances, transaction discrepancies, and system exceptions, coordinating resolution with terminal operators and internal stakeholders.
- Handle issues impacting terminal inventory records, transaction completion, reporting, and data quality.
- Coordinate with terminal operators, Rail Operations, Vessel Operations, the S&OP; Supply & Inventory team, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to support effective supply chain execution and aligned reconciliation processes.

Youll bring:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Two to five years of related experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, transportation, terminal operations, rail operations, or a related
