We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties, inventory movement, forklift operation, and regular deliveries between our locations using a company transit van.

A key part of this position is ensuring products are moved safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout our warehouses and between our warehouse and retail locations. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating a forklift, working with inventory systems, driving a company vehicle, and performing physical warehouse work throughout the day.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, organize, load, and unload inventory.
- Complete regular deliveries and stock transfers between our warehouse and retail locations using the company transit van.
- Load and unload the company vehicle and ensure products are transported safely and securely.
- Receive incoming shipments and assist with checking, organizing, and putting away inventory.
- Move and replenish stock throughout the warehouse as required.
- Use a handheld scanner and ERP system to accurately record inventory movements and transfers.
- Assemble skids and prepare bulk products and inventory for shipping or transfer.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas.
- Work closely with the warehouse, fulfillment, and retail teams to ensure inventory is moved accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed.

Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience is required.
- Experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver's licence with a strong driving record.




- Comfortable driving a company transit van and completing regular deliveries between locations.
- Physically capable of regularly lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 55 lbs.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks and being on your feet for much of the workday.
- Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail when moving, receiving, scanning, and transferring inventory.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners, computers, and inventory management systems.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Safety-conscious and experienced working around warehouse equipment.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Friendly, positive, and a good team player.
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
- Able to follow inventory and warehouse procedures accurately.
- Comfortable taking responsibility for inventory being moved between locations.
- Available for full-time work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with some additional flexibility as required.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with forklift operating experience required for this position.
