We are looking for a full time Warehouse Associate for our Hercules SLR brand in our Delta, BC location. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the warehouse, ensuring organization of the area, inventory and equipment and ensuring the efficient and effective execution of customer sales orders, branch transfers and departmental picking.

Principle Responsibilities

- Prioritizes daily workflow based on required by dates on orders
- Ensures cycle count activities are completed
- Communicates directly with the Branch Manager on any department requirements for training, supplies or maintenance
- Oversees all shipping and receiving activities
- Prepares, packages and schedules out-going shipments with transport companies
- Unloads and sorts incoming shipments and inter-branch transfers
- Ensures all required paperwork for all orders is complete
- Provides superior customer service by tracking shipments as required
- Provides support to Front Counter Retail Sales when needed and provides excellent customer service to entering customers
- Provides support to Production Team when necessary
- Conducts Quality Assurance (QA) checks on outgoing orders
- Motivates employees and maintains a positive environment

Required knowledge and training

- High school degree or equivalent an asset
- Previous warehouse experience is required
- Previous customer service experience an asset




- Computer skills and ability to use systems for shipping and receiving
- Previous training in forklift operation considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. from floor level to waist level
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
