Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and forklift and pallet jack operation. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, experience with warehouse management systems, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jack and valued.

The Warehouse

Worker will play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse distribution and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts, pallet jack, to load and unload materials
- Assist with order picking, packing, and packaging to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Support shipping & receiving processes by inspecting, documenting, and managing incoming and outgoing shipments
- Utilize warehouse management systems such as SAGE to track inventory and manage stock levels
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while handling materials or products throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency




- Support manufacturing or construction-related activities as needed
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and cycle counts
- Follow safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Should have Driver license, and have experience with VAN driving .

Qualifications

- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center for 3 years
- Experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, pallet jack ; certification preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance or troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and shipping/receiving task .
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Prior experience with order picking, packaging, load & unload operations is desirable
