Jiva Organics Mfg & Dist. is an organic and natural food distributor in South Burnaby. We are seeking a reliable, motivated Warehouse Representative to join our team. This role focuses primarily on day-to-day warehouse operations—building orders, stocking, and receiving—with the added responsibility of serving as a reserve delivery driver (driving a small van) roughly once a month. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Accurately build, pick, and check customer orders using manual or electric pallet jacks.
- Stock shelves and assist with general warehouse organization.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including wrapping, and lifting items (up to 50 lbs).
- Act as a reserve delivery driver approximately once a month, operating a small delivery van pick or to drop off products across the Lower Mainland safely and on time.
- Perform basic pre-trip inspections, manage delivery logs,



and record mileage/fuel when driving.
- Off-load products for customers in a polite, skilled manner and communicate any issues to the team.
- Other duties as required.

Requirements:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on your feet throughout the shift.
- Friendly, professional attitude with a strong work ethic and focus on reliability.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt well to a dynamic, multicultural team environment.
- Knowledge of the Lower Mainland delivery area is an asset.
