Join the Voyageur Soap & Candle team! For over 30 years, we’ve supplied quality ingredients, packaging, and supplies for soap, candle, bath, aromatherapy, and skincare makers across Canada.

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. A primary focus of this position is fulfilling internal Transfer Orders for our retail store, along with receiving incoming products, restocking warehouse shelves, and helping keep our warehouse organized and running efficiently.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

- Accurately pick and fulfill internal Transfer Orders for our retail store.
- Restock and organize warehouse shelves and product locations.
- Receive incoming shipments and assist with checking, organizing, and putting away products.
- Help maintain accurate and organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with general warehouse organization and keeping work areas clean and orderly.
- Assemble skids and prepare products for shipping or internal orders as required.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders and daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed.

Requirements
- Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
- Physically capable of regularly lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 55 lbs.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and being on your feet for much of the workday.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when picking, receiving, organizing, and restocking inventory.




- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy and evolving warehouse environment.
- Previous experience with ERP systems is an asset.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, order picking, or receiving experience is an asset.
- Forklift certification and/or forklift experience is an asset.

Qualifications We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Friendly, positive, and a good team player.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
- Able to follow picking and inventory procedures accurately.
- Willing to jump in and help with different warehouse tasks as needed.
- Available for full-time work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with some additional flexibility for Saturday shifts as required.
