Rentquip Canada is looking for a dependable, capable, and highly organized person to join our Richmond warehouse team.

This is not a role where we are simply looking for someone to move boxes. We want someone who takes pride in doing things properly, notices problems, thinks on their feet, and genuinely cares about helping the company succeed.

You will work closely with our existing warehouse team and play an important role in keeping our Richmond operation organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

What you'll do:

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Receive incoming shipments and put inventory away accurately
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare freight shipments and customer pickups
- Help identify and solve day-to-day warehouse problems
- Prioritize work when multiple things need attention at once
- Communicate with customer service, purchasing, and technical staff
- Look for ways to improve organization and workflow
- Pitch in where needed during busy periods

What we're looking for: The right person will be:

- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Someone who takes ownership instead of saying, “that's not my job”
- Careful with inventory and customer orders




- Able to prioritize when things get busy
- Physically capable of normal warehouse work
- Comfortable using computers and basic inventory/order systems
- A good communicator and team player

Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but attitude, judgment, work ethic, and attention to detail are just as important to us.

What success looks like:

After getting established in the role, we want you to be someone the team can rely on.

You notice when something doesn't look right. You ask questions when needed. You help solve problems instead of passing them along. Orders go out accurately. Inventory is where it belongs. The warehouse stays organized. And when the day gets busy, you figure out what needs to happen first.

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
