Warehouse Helper – Full-Time

Location: Stratford, ON

Pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Hours: Approximately 40 hours/week

Overtime: Saturday overtime may be available

About the Opportunity

BRS Concepts Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Helper for a well-established logistics company in Stratford, Ontario.

This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable, hardworking individual who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Candidates with previous warehouse experience are preferred, but entry-level candidates who are motivated and willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, receiving, freight preparation, and loading/unloading.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Receive and organize incoming products
- Prepare freight and shipments for dispatch
- Load and unload trailers as required
- Perform general warehouse duties
- Use company computer systems and internal software
- Assist with inventory-related tasks
- Operate a forklift when required, following appropriate training and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset
- Ability to lift and handle up to 45 lbs
- Basic computer skills are an asset
- Comfortable learning and using company software
- Forklift experience is an asset; willingness to learn is acceptable

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation to the Stratford location is preferred
